內政部：公告現值擬改半年調整一次

為了促進土地稅賦公平合理，內政部常務次長林慈玲表示，已和各縣市政府積極溝通，擬將土地公告現值從現行每年一調，改為每半年調整一次，縮短和市價之間的落差。

林慈玲今日赴立法院財委會進行「推動不動產稅制朝房地合一課稅制之阻力及其解決之道」專題報告，並備質詢。

民進黨立委許添財質詢時指出，國內房價居高不下，建議公告土地現值可學習美國紐約，由每年公告一次，改為每季調整一次，將可避免土地增值稅稅負偏低，並杜絕房地炒作投機問題。

林慈玲表示，公告土地現值有無可能從現行一年公告一次改成半年調整一次，因有實務運作的問題，必須和各縣市政府積極討論，強調會朝半年調整一次來努力。
