《國際產業》全球首款128GB DDR4，海力士率先發表

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】SK海力士周一宣布，該公司已經開發出業界最先進的128GB DDR4晶片，可顯著改善運作速度與效能。海力士計畫在明年上半年開始量產128GB DDR4晶片。

海力士表示，該公司採用直通矽晶穿孔(Through-Silicon Via)封裝技術，將64GB DDR4晶片的最大容量擴大為兩倍。最新開發的128GB DDR4的速度達到2,133Mbps，遠優於DDR3的1,333 Mbps，並採用1.2伏特超低電壓，較DDR3的1.35伏特更為省電。

海力士資深副總表示，全球第一個128GB DDR4晶片的開發，在開創超高密度伺服器市場具有重大的意義，將進一步強化海力士在高階DRAM領域的競爭力。

海力士引用Gartner的研究數據指出，直到2018年，伺服器DRAM市場每年平均將成長37%；自2016年開始，DDR4晶片將成為業界的主要產品。
