餐廳名稱：今大魯肉飯消費時間：2014年9月地址:新北市三重區大仁街40號電話：02 2983 6726 營業時間： 04:00–21:00 網誌圖文版:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/2014/09/blog-post_17.html 有些久違的小食記報到。這一日從新莊移動到淡水，中間的中繼站就是三重的今大滷肉飯。平常鮮少來到這一帶，卻早聞今大盛名。兩點多早該過了用餐尖峰時間，餓得頭昏頂著太陽還未走進便看見長長人潮！排啊排，輪到點餐的時候瞬間失心瘋，扒菜排骨湯、滷豆腐、滷魚肚、魯白菜，當然少不了一碗滷肉飯，放在餐盤上沈甸甸的還勞駕店員幫忙端。點多了，但畫面真是美不勝收～，貪食肥肉者如我看到飯上一片魯肉丁海真是心花怒放哪！脂香催化香鹹滷汁和脆瓜甜味的融合，油、香，且回甘，色味皆美。除了魚肚有些土味，刺也多，但滷豆腐嫩、扒菜排骨湯還加了蛤蠣添上清鮮；魯白菜不油，豬皮是我外食吃過最多且大塊爽脆的，幾乎是道道精彩。美味下肚，穩定神經，便能精神飽滿上路。 -- 更多美食訊息:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.169.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1411010868.A.C5A.html
