美聯準會縮減購債規模維持超低利率

美國聯邦準備理事會17日發表最新決策聲明，每個月購債規模將再縮減100億。

聯準會主席葉倫表示，「有關利率委員會重申其前瞻，對於聯邦基金利率很可能會維持現在的目標，就算在量化寬鬆政策結束後，也會維持相當長一段時間，尤其是如果預期的通膨，持續低於委員會的2%長期目標，而長期通膨也如預期保持良好。」

葉倫17日宣布，量化寬鬆政策每個月購債規模將縮減100億，會在10月結束購債措施，來到150億美元，比預料中還要保守，緩解市場投資人的擔憂。

最近外界都在猜，會不會提前升息，葉倫強調，結束購債後，還是會保持超低利率，這席話讓投資人鬆口氣，不過，聯邦公開市場操作委員會公布的「季度利率預測」顯示，升息步調可能還是會比預期來得早。
