美國9月住宅建商信心指數上升至近九年高點

根據國家住宅建商協會(NAHB)周三公布數據顯示，美國9月住宅建商信心指數上升4點至59，創2005年11月以來高點。

該指數高於50代表建商對銷售趨勢感到樂觀。

9月為該指數連續第三個月高於50。

轉強的就業市場，使得建商感到振奮，但嚴格的貸款標準，仍為主要壓力。

9月，建商對獨棟式房屋銷售信心上升2點至67。
