永和福和戲院的攤位該不該現在賣掉?

小弟我的父母在30幾年前福和戲院剛蓋完沒多久後，從親戚那接手一樓市場一個攤位，所有權

大約是一坪左右，當初購買大約是20萬(那時候永和一間公寓大約30坪不用80萬)，但市場沒

多久後就荒廢了，現在聽說有人在收購那邊土地，一坪大約30~35萬。

目前是該賣掉好呢?(賣掉的錢扣掉當初的20萬還不夠這幾年來繳的稅)

還是繼續等待?(產權複雜，不知道要等到何年何月，況且持有的面積又小)
