依視路濾藍光鏡片

我配的是依視路鏡片,並且有保證卡.

問題如下:
這副新鏡片配戴還不到一個月時間,雖然當初在眼鏡行配的時侯有當場配戴,不過只有當場調整鏡架及看一下鏡片,而鏡片未在燈光照射下檢查.

然後,回家配戴兩天後,在擦拭眼片時都未拿起在燈光照射下擦拭,結果在今晚將鏡片對著燈光下擦拭時,發現到有刮痕(要看得很仔細).

後來我拿去眼鏡行,大概一週後拿回來,然後老闆跟我說換副全新的.

但是,我拿回來之後,又看到刮痕,所以又拿去給眼鏡行處理.

那這樣子算是依視路的問題還是眼鏡行的問題呢??
