柯瑞：普亭要等克里米亞公投後才做決定

美國國務卿柯瑞14日與俄國外長拉夫洛夫在英國倫敦的美國大使館，再度針對烏克蘭危機舉行會談。

柯瑞在會後記者會中說，美俄兩國針對烏克蘭主權及領土完整，進行了極具建設性的對話；但雙方最大的分歧在於：俄國總統普亭要等到烏克蘭克里米亞自治共和國16日舉行公投後，才做各項決定，而美國則認為克里米亞公投不僅違背烏克蘭憲法，也違反國際法。

柯瑞在記者會最後重申，美國與烏克蘭人同一陣線，支持烏克蘭人追求民主，而那是美國的唯一利益所在。
