新北市中和第一警分局中和派出所警員，15日凌晨巡邏經過中和區景安路與明義街口，見吳姓男子（34歲）躺在路邊汽車內睡覺，擔心發生意外，察看後輕敲車窗。

吳男被叫醒後，才打開車門，警員眼尖發現車門邊置物槽內有一組安非他命吸食器，經吳男同意執行搜索，駕駛座下方搜出2個玻璃球，後座眼鏡盒內，發現1包安非他命，重1公克。

吳嫌坦承吸食，供稱毒品是從網路聊天室，向暱稱「愛吃糖」的男子，以4000元代價購得。警方訊後今天依違反毒品危害防制條例罪嫌移送新北地檢署偵辦。
