《美股掃瞄》企業購併、油價走升激勵，美股收紅

【時報-台北電】美國股市周五（20）日受奇異電器擬購併法國艾斯敦（Alstom）能源話題，以及伊拉克局勢不穩，致油價上升影響下，終場收小紅，道瓊及標普兩指數又都創下史上新高。

道瓊工業指數上漲25.62點，收於16947.08點，漲幅0.15％。標準普爾500指數上漲3.39點，收於1962.87點，漲幅0.17％。那斯達克指數上漲8.71點，收於4368.04點，漲幅0.2％。

奇異電器發動攻勢，想以168億美元買下艾斯敦能源的資產，大概已到令人心動的程度，原因是法國政府支持這項交易案。

本周道瓊累計上漲約1％，標普500上漲1.4％、那斯達克指數上漲1.3％。（新聞來源：旺報即時 潘勛）
