請問四層半透天30年屋裝潢費用?

最近一直在跟家裡討論裝潢翻修的事...住新北市三重區
家裡實在太亂了雜物很多如果全丟掉還比較大空間
而且四樓天花板會滲水
外面水泥磚牆剝落超怕颱風什麼的會掉下去砸傷人
有去查看新北市政府的老屋拉皮計畫
可是我家獨棟透天完全不符合資格
內部也老了看起來不美觀 //

一層樓約17~20坪，總坪+頂樓大概75~80坪，30年老屋齡
----總預算約200萬----

如果這預算整棟四層半透天厝可以大翻新嗎?
我對這檔事不懂想先問問大家的意見

牆壁皆須重建粉刷+換地板(要脫鞋子那種)
天花板其中一層樓需挑高、窗戶換掉
家具一大半皆換新，這樣預算會不會不夠呢?
