南市府：免試入學錄取難度較高

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2014年6月21日電）會考高分卻在免試入學落榜，引起議論，台南市政府今天表示，免試入學錄取難度較高，但還有特招讓智育高分者進入理想學校。

市府教育局指出，「免試入學」制度緊扣十二年國民基本教育核心精神，德、智、體、群、美五育並重，各有不同佔分比例；原本就不以國中會考成績作為唯一升學依據。

教育局表示，學科成績優異學生，在「特色招生」階段將比其他學生更具優勢，因「特色招生」是讓具有實作、學術等不同特殊專長學生，依能力甄選或考試方式入學。

教育局說，台南傳統排名較前面的學校，都保留相當名額特色招生（例如台南一中69%、台南女中50%），何況第一次免試入學錄取難度本來就較高。即使一免錄取結果不盡理想，但只要積極準備特色招生考試分發入學，還是有機會進入理想學校。

教育局強調，「免試入學」只是入學管道之一，須待「特色招生」及第二次免試完成後，才能完整檢驗新入學制度的效果，也請家長和學生在此刻不要過度焦慮。入學階段完全結束後，教育局將檢視結果及檢討。
