洗車+打蠟或洗車+保護劑??

今天本來想去洗車+打蠟，因為人太多換了另一家結果換的這家說他們沒有在打蠟，有洗車+保護劑，我不懂問了問打蠟與保護劑有何不同，他們說一般洗車店家打蠟都是用粗臘會使漆面有痕跡，保護劑不會，可是我記得粗臘大都是美容才會使用，一般洗車+打蠟是不會使用的，難道我的想法是錯的?保護劑會比打臘好?
PS:保護劑比打臘貴。
