美國研究：愛抱怨的員工效率高

最新研究顯示，那些什麼都要抱怨的人，工作效率比個性樂觀的同事更高。

根據伊利諾大學和賓州大學的研究，個性樂觀的人參加的活動，可能比憤世嫉俗的人多，所以比較沒有機會強化自己的技能。如此一來，那些愛發牢騷的人工作表現自然比較好。

工作技能在職場上固然重要，但個性的影響其實更大，具備「正確的」人格特質更重要。根據數位教育公司Hyper Island近期對500名通訊及科技業領袖的調查，78%的人表示他們最重視員工的「個性」。而最受重視的特質是「動機強」、「有創造力」、同時「保持心胸開闊」。
