巴克萊6億美元債 上市

由英商巴克萊銀行發行、首檔台英金融合作的債券，昨（10）日在櫃買中心國際板正式上市，6億美元總額上市前全數認購完畢。本月以來，高盛、花旗、瑞士信貸等重量級國際金融機構，都在台發行20年或30年期的長天期美元債券，頗受矚目。

外銀主管指出，之所以有此情況，一方面是櫃買中心大力推動，另一方面，本土保險業投資需求暢旺，也對外資機構來台發型長天期債券，產生吸引力。

另外，國內發債大戶－台電今年四度標售公司債，結果也於昨日出爐。受近期10年期公債利率大幅彈升影響，台電發債成本被墊高。
