張顯耀案 王郁琦遭傳喚作證

台北地檢署追查陸委會前特任副主委張顯耀洩密案，11日傳喚陸委會主委王郁琦作證，檢察官今傳喚王郁琦主要是針對日前在張顯耀住所及辦公室所查扣的公文，界定那些是屬機密那些不屬機密，王郁琦在作證2小時後請回。

台北地檢署承辦張顯耀洩密案，今日上午傳喚陸委會主委王郁琦到北檢作證，作證過程歷時約2小時，王郁琦在10點30分離開北檢，據了解，因王郁琦是部會首長身分，對於公文何種屬於機密，何種不是機密有認定權，因此，檢方今日傳喚王郁琦，主要就是對日前在張顯耀處所查扣的公文進行認定。

由於立法院新會期將在12日開議，在野黨也鎖定張顯耀案準備大做文章，因此，張顯耀案可望在近日會有結果出爐。
