51戶不夠啦！　200多人搶住永平公營宅

台北市公營住宅供不應求，51戶名額擠進268人申請！士林區永平公營住宅7月31日至9月5日開放申請，共釋出51戶名額，開放報名第1周，報名人數便超過釋出名額。北市都發局住宅服務科股長謝志強表示，未來1個月會先進行資格審查，預計10月底發函通知資格符合的申請人抽籤決定選屋順位，12月底可簽約，明年1月起租。
 
北市房價高居全台之首，且人口稠密，租屋需求相對高。謝志強指出，北市積極發展公營住宅，除了現有的6處公營住宅提供274戶承租名額，「興隆公營住宅1區(安康D)」也預計明年5月完工，將釋出272戶公營住宅。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
