天然氣爭議 歐盟促三方會談

（中央社布魯塞爾/莫斯科11日綜合外電報導）歐洲聯盟執行委員會今天說，烏克蘭、俄羅斯和歐盟執委會9月20日將在柏林，針對俄烏天然氣價格爭議舉行新一回合談判。

歐盟執委會發言人霍爾茲納（Marlene Holzner）對記者說：「我們目前已訂出與俄羅斯、烏克蘭夥伴的三方會談日期，9月20日將在柏林舉行。」

她還說，波蘭當局已通知執委會，來自俄羅斯的天然氣運量下降。

霍爾茲納說：「波蘭當局知會我們，正檢視天然氣輸量下降的原因，到底是商業因素，或技術問題。」

路透社報導，俄羅斯能源部發言人今天說，尚未接獲柏林三方會談的邀請。發言人說：「我們不知道會談日期，並且也沒接到邀請。」1030911
