歐盟同意進一步制裁 俄羅斯股市創歐洲最大跌幅 盧布亦下跌

俄羅斯股市周四創歐洲最大跌幅，歐盟同意周五將對墨斯科進行新一波的制裁，為利空。

歐洲其他股市亦走低，大盤指數連續第五天下跌。

因一份蘇格蘭公投民調顯示，反對獨立者再度領先，今早，歐洲主要股市開盤上漲，但隨後跌回漲幅。

俄羅斯制裁：俄羅斯與烏克蘭的衝突重回焦點。歐盟說，將於周五對俄羅斯實施新一波的制裁，結束了近一周的僵局。其28個會員國已於周一同意這次的制裁，但暫未實施，觀望俄羅斯是否降低在烏克蘭引發的緊張。

俄羅斯MICEX指數下跌1%至1454.15，較小型的RTS指數下跌1.6%至1218.93。

盧布兌美元亦下跌，美元報37.554盧布，上漲0.6%。
