資本市場5月籌資月增 5成

(中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年6月19日電)根據台灣證券交易所統計，今年5月資本市場共籌資新台幣1757億元，月增50.1%。

其中，現金增資(SPO)120億元、發行海外存託憑證(GDR)126億元及普通公司債(CB)284億元。

證交所表示，面對全球化經濟環境，快速籌資的能力及善用多元化的資金管道是企業成長茁壯的關鍵，企業可根據本身發展狀況，選擇合適的籌資管道及工具，除可適時取得資金強化公司營運體質外，亦能吸引優秀股東及人才。

證交所提升籌資平台服務，協助不同規模企業都有暢通的籌資管道，將社會餘裕資金，經由股票或債券的發行，轉化成企業營運資金，使企業調整體質，邁向永續經營。
