iPhone助監控血糖 糖尿病福音

（法新社華盛頓16日電） 研究員表示，1個以蘋果iPhone改造的裝置能幫助第一型糖尿病患者調節血糖，而且似乎比胰島素幫浦好用。

美國300萬人罹患第一型糖尿病，因為好發於孩童及年輕成年人，也稱為青少年糖尿病，遠比第二型糖尿病少見。

第一型糖尿病患不會分泌調節血糖的胰島素，這個名為「仿生胰腺」的裝置是最新一個設法改善病患生活品質的裝置。

罹患第一型糖尿的人每天必須多次用針扎自己，取得血液樣本監控葡萄糖濃度，再視情況施打胰島素，或透過胰島素幫浦做補充。

這套新裝置使用1支iPhone 4S運行胰島素及葡萄糖的控制演算法，也會把1小根針扎在皮下，即時監控葡萄糖濃度。

總共有52名成年人與年輕人試戴這套裝置5天。

研究員表示，使用仿生胰腺的病患受低血糖干擾的情況較少，夜間血糖濃度也比平常「大幅改善」。
