準備精神鑑定　下午檢方二度提訊鄭捷

新北地檢署偵辦北捷慘案，已和台大醫院精神科敲定為鄭捷做精神鑑定細節，台大近日將派人到台北看守所對鄭捷作初步接觸，並列出需要訪談的證人，其中可能包括鄭捷的父母與弟弟。檢方預定今天下午第二度提訊鄭捷，告知將做精神鑑定一事。

檢方今天上午拒絕透露鑑定時間、地點與方式，表示為了使鑑定工作順利完成，避免遭受不必要的干擾，在鑑定工作完成前，不會對外說明相關細節。至於外傳台大為鄭捷作精神鑑定，費用可能超過10萬元，檢方僅表示，仍有討論空間，最後應會依據鑑定時數計費。（黃哲民／新北報導）
