中市出現今年本土日本腦炎首例

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中2014年6月17日電）台中市52歲男子日前發生發燒、頭痛症狀，持續高燒不退到中國醫藥大學附設醫院就醫，確診為今年本土日本腦炎首例。

台中市衛生局今天指出，男性患者住家附近有多處公園跟大排水溝，衛生局人員今天將會同防疫人員進行病媒蚊孳生源調查。初步瞭解，男子的家人並未出現症狀，男子的病情已穩定轉普通病房觀察中。

台中市北屯區52歲男子在6月8日出現發燒、頭痛、身體無力等症狀，持續高燒不退，到中國醫藥大學附設醫院就醫，6月13日出現意識模糊、肢體無力偏癱。

經醫院緊急通報衛生福利部疾病管制署，昨天確診為今年台灣本土日本腦炎陽性首例。
