屏東縣王姓男子去年因不滿女友提分手，用通訊軟體LINE告訴女友，「我已經讓人傳到你們學校的同學了。」暗示自己已經把對方裸照散布於外。女友因感到安全受威脅提告，陳男因此被判拘役40天。

陳男今年初提起上訴，辯稱自己上傳的照片並非女友，因此女友不會感到害怕。但法官認為，女友無法得知陳男到底傳了什麼照片，因此維持原判決。
