台茂業績成長逾1成

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北2014年5月23日電）台茂購物中心表示，今年1到4月業績比去年同期成長11.6%，母親節檔也年增17%，主因與新櫃調整有關，母親節檔期全館客單價成長15%；並將重金改裝，強化品牌規模。

滿15週年，台茂總經理苗延梅宣布，7月起要投入新台幣3億元，進行大改裝，改裝面積約4000坪，將娛樂坪數縮小，增加女性服飾占比、擴大餐飲品牌規模，並引進誠品。

台茂說明，賣場為B2、1、3、4、5及6樓，其中1樓挑高，沒有2樓，每層樓都會進行改裝。
