轟趴遭毒暈眼睜睜被性侵

25歲黃姓男子邀男女到汽車旅館開毒轟趴，以K他命讓16歲少女吸食頭昏後性侵，他辯稱對方同意，2審法官查出黃有詐欺、毒品與妨害性自主等前科，免費提供毒品開趴，利用少女吸毒後，身體不能抗拒性侵，事後無悔意，依乘機性交罪判他徒刑4年6月。

判決書指出，100年間黃邀林姓友人找人到汽車旅館轟趴，林找自己女友，女友再找高中同班同學16歲少女參加。被害少女被要求玩國王遊戲時，因吸毒後已頭暈，在床上昏睡，黃男趁機性侵，少女雖看見對方要性侵她，卻無力反抗；少女被性侵後，拜託朋友不要告訴她男友。
