先生因為工作腰受傷在家休息了ㄧ段時間，上禮拜去公司辦離職，公司有高薪低報，可以用勞基法第１４條第６款 ：雇主違反勞動契約或勞工法令，致有損害勞工權益之虞者...勞工可依法「不經預告終止(雙方勞動契約) 來請公司開非自願性離職嗎？ 但是先生在上禮拜四已經離職了，還可以回去請公司開非自願性離職單嗎？ 如果去勞保局檢舉會獲得賠償嗎？ 還有ㄧ個問題，我和先生同公司， 目前是在育嬰留停期間，六個月育嬰津貼已經領完了，但是育嬰假是到八月，現在老公失業，小孩和他的健保可以依附在我這裡嗎？ 手機排板有點亂，謝謝大家 -- posted from android bbs reader on my HTC J Z321e https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- 我一直在找一個出口 出走 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.81.151.136
