反黑箱服貿學生18日衝入立院佔領立法院議場，今天進入第7天，太陽花學運已超過128小時。23日晚間出現重大發展，由學生領袖、清大研究所學生魏揚率領的群眾進入行政院內，結果遭到警察強力驅離。人在立院議場內的學生領袖林飛帆認為，馬英九未回應民眾訴求，卻要警力驅離，應該要負起責任，並要求馬停止國家暴力，撤出鎮暴部隊。

林飛帆凌晨近1時召開記者會回應說，馬政府與總統馬英九要因國家暴力血淋淋展現，負起政治責任；看到政院的同學們血流成河，國會議場感到難過，「但那是部分黑島青年夥伴自發性發起的行動」，但林飛帆尊重佔領行政院的決定。

反黑箱服貿學生發起佔領立法院截至今天4時已達128小時，若從周一上午佔領立法院發起的120小時活動開始計算，進入第164個小時。
