標題[討論] 金陵路施工

昨天騎車經過金陵路靠近後站的路段，發現在施工，不知道在幹嘛～ 車來車往，整個佔了一個車道。 今天在經過時發現已經鋪好了，讓我十分震驚，不是震驚鋪好的速度，而是鋪的奇爛無比，一條醜醜的傷痕像百足的蜈蚣扭曲爬在路上，騎過去時十分顛簸 想想，施工時都沒有什麼通知（有可能是我沒接收到），路上也只草草放了幾個三角錐就開挖 會不會有可能不是市政府挖的，而是不肖企業偷埋管線想排廢水進旁邊的溪河？ 政府都不管管嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.10.65.116
