柯文哲公款私用？台大醫院：帳戶合法

國民黨立委羅淑蕾爆料台北市長參選人柯文哲在台大醫院公款私用，指柯文哲在領導台大外科加護病房時，私設MG149帳戶並制定相關內規，是貪汙洗錢的管道，變相出售捐款收據，公然教唆、協助他人逃漏稅。對此，台大醫院表示，MG149是合法帳戶。

台大醫院回應，MG149是經過申請審核合法使用的研究專戶，使用規範須依政府的法令運作，有沒有逃漏稅不是台大醫院認定的。

台大醫師也表示，研究專戶絕對不是私人帳戶，而是由台大醫院會計室核可成立，院方也會介入管理，不少主治醫師的確也都有此研究帳戶。
