原PO現任職中小企業 由於為家族企業 很多地方不適應 因此靠著這兩年的年資找工作 目前薪資42K 年終一個月 公司 傳產 大型事務所 薪資 39K 48K 住 家裡 家裡 年終 5個月 3個月 (有達到績效才有) 獎金 無 達成月績效後 還有業績獎金 禮金 端午中秋各半個月 無 工時 加班無加班費 上下班正常 有學長在裡面 聽說要達到績效 加班轉補休 是要把工作帶回家才有可能達到績效 最晚不超過七點下班 福利 旅遊補助一萬 旅遊補助一萬 月餅, 五一勞動禮券1000元 免費國外尾牙 但新人要表演或 人多 很難抽到尾牙獎 充當工作人員 休假 滿一年特休七天 滿一年特休 每個月全勤1000 無全勤 請假扣新是薪水除以22(或21),不是以30 天計算 所以請假很傷本 以現在這不穩定的時代 跟朋友討論過 每個月月薪是比較實在的 年終是跟景氣有關, 若有發 當作撿到的 換工作應該要越往高月薪的跳槽 每個月實拿到比較妥當 若貪一時年薪多 而月薪少 以後薪水會很難往上升 所以朋友建議我朝月新高的跳 若是大家 會怎選擇呢? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.43.170.210 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410109568.A.E82.html ※ 編輯: likebu (114.43.170.210), 09/08/2014 01:07:34 ※ 編輯: likebu (114.43.170.210), 09/08/2014 01:09:34 ※ 編輯: likebu (114.43.170.210), 09/08/2014 01:11:21
