各位版友好， 我是學士剛畢業的新鮮人。 最近得到VF Brands(也就是Timberland)的Management Trainee offer。 但由於這個計畫是第一次舉辦，實在沒有太多資料可以參考，不免有點心慌。 目前知道前兩年似乎都會在門市第一線，很好奇未來的發展會是如何？ 比較偏向是擔任門市店長或是有機會可以調回公司內部？ (尤其近來在版上看了很多假儲幹文讓人感到非常不安...) 由於資訊不夠充足實在難以做抉擇，目前手上仍有好幾個外商儲幹和行銷專員的面試 正在進行中(不過大概都要6月多才會知道結果)，而又覺得這個計畫是個累積實力的 好機會，從第一線做起穩扎穩打地似乎能夠學到更多。 在此希望大家能替我解惑或者提供我些選擇工作上的建議。 如果在版上不方便的話，非常歡迎寄站內信給我！ 第一次在此發文，希望沒有觸犯到版規。 謝謝大家了！m(_ _)m -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.240.140.108 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1401088860.A.0C7.html
