2014/5 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/30081510 電話：02-87872009 地址：台北市信義區松山路217號 會注意到這家店是因為食尚玩家的關係 其實店家的外觀就是一般社區型的店面 過了兩三個禮拜之後 就沒有太可怕的人潮用餐了 不過店家的座位也不多就是 貝爾點的是麻醬麵 有豆芽菜跟一點青菜在裡面 麻醬是屬於比較深色的 拌開之後很香 是那種醇厚的芝麻香氣 另外一碗則是雙醬麵 是麻醬加上炸醬 比起單麻醬的~ 更多點炸醬的鹹味跟肉末 兩者加在一起 味道也更豐富迷人 因為麵條都是用意麵 所以醬汁都被吸的挺入味的 個人很是喜歡~ 這裡的小黃瓜不太一樣 切成小塊之後 帶著淡淡的大蒜跟醃漬過的味道 上面灑上了點七味粉提味 可口又爽脆的口感 在夏日中又增添點清涼的感覺 豆干跟油豆腐 簡單的淋上點醬油膏 豆子的香氣在嘴中散開 可以說是簡單的小幸福吧 另外一種小菜是大腸 店家有稍微滷過 香氣跟口感都很不錯 個人也滿喜歡的 總之這家麵店算是社區的麵店 但是東西都還滿好吃的 算是會想吃麵的時候 會想到的一家店 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.71.71.135 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1401087791.A.F45.html
