布局娛樂業 阿里入股優酷土豆

（中央社台北2014年4月28日電）大陸知名影音網站優酷土豆今天宣布，獲得阿里巴巴和雲峰基金12.2億美元戰略投資，阿里巴巴持股比例16.5%，雲峰基金持股比例2%。

綜合中國大陸媒體報導，優酷土豆將與阿里巴巴建立戰略投資與合作夥伴關系，打造一個以互聯網視頻（網路影音）為基礎，線上線下融合的文化娛樂平台。

報導說，阿里巴巴首席執行官陸兆禧將加入優酷土豆董事會。

阿里巴巴集團1999年創立，是大陸電子商務龍頭之一，業務涵蓋B2B貿易、網上零售、購物搜索引擎、第三方支付和雲端服務等。

阿里巴巴購併腳步不停，近來也宣布啟動赴美國上市事宜。

阿里巴巴2013年收入為79.53億美元，年增62.3%；純利為35.17億美元，年增3倍。

優酷土豆由大陸知名影音網站優酷和土豆在2012年合併而成。

陸媒曾報導，優酷土豆2013年第4季收入人民幣9.01億元，年增42%。

雲鋒基金是阿里巴巴集團董事局主席馬雲等人2010年共同發起設立的私募基金。
