高鐵新董座 48天目睹3出包

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2014年4月29日電）台灣高鐵新任董事長范志強上任48天，已目睹高鐵3次轉轍器異常事件，且都在台北站。

范志強是在3月13日，台灣高鐵董事會選舉通過為新任董事長。不巧，當天下午3時35分董事會正召開時，台北站轉轍器就發生訊號異常，所幸下午4時11分就修好。

范志強上任首次見到的高鐵異常事件，共4列次列車受影響，延誤時間分別是2班北上15分鐘、2班南下8分多鐘，都未達賠償標準。

4月24日，同樣高鐵台北站上午8時59分，又發生轉轍器訊號異常，但很快在上午9時27分就修復，列車延誤時間最長是28分鐘，也未達賠償標準。

今天上午9時24分，台北站轉轍器又再異常，直到中午12時20分修復，接近3小時，是范志強上任以來，最嚴重的一次，詳細受影響列車的班數及延誤時間，台灣高鐵正仔細核算。
