請問一個有關停車繳費的問題

我有一個朋友，很久之前發現有一輛車停在路邊擋住他摩托車行進

一時氣憤便將那輛車的停車繳費單抽走

後來她很後悔 也知道錯了

可是她很擔心被抓到後會不會要她賠罰款

其實重點是要賠罰款 要擔甚麼法律責任 她都願意坦然接受

但她擔心若是車主居心不良 故意一直不繳

然後款項一直雙倍再雙倍

到時不就要賠幾億幾十億了嗎

所以我想問的是

如果遇到這種情況

繳款或罰單一直不繳

會一直無限雙倍上去嗎

我這位女性朋友有憂鬱症

最近又為了這件事情很煩惱

但其實是已經好幾年前的事了

只是她一直很後悔

所以就請大家給我一個答覆或幫我解釋一下 她最壞的狀況會到哪裡 我好幫忙我那位朋友 感謝

PS 她拿繳款單的地點是在宜蘭 友愛百貨附近 時間好幾年了
