兩岸服務貿易協議在立法院遭擱置，還造成民眾抗爭，台經院國家經濟發展戰略中心副研究員許博翔今天(25日)指出，服務貿易是未來不論雙邊或多邊區域經濟整合時一定會面對的議題，若服貿協議繼續卡關，不僅不利往後我國參加區域經貿談判，也影響我國在國際上的信賴關係。他建議政府應對民眾較有疑慮的部分設單一窗口，妥善解決。

許博翔說：『(原音)兩岸服務貿易協議台灣擱置在立法院，對台灣參加多邊區域整合是不利的；第二個，針對國人目前很多的疑慮，政府應該作出更具體的行動，以單一窗口機制，對後續可能產生的疑慮做因應。最後，服貿關係到trust，台灣在國際上的信賴，如果台灣在這議題上在國際產生疑慮，未來對台灣要參加雙邊或多邊區域經濟整合都是非常不好的後果。』
