【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】美商暴雪推出的《暗黑破壞神III：奪魂之鐮》今天凌晨2點正式上線，今天全台各大通路也舉行一連串通路促銷活動。而負責通路及金流的智冠 (5478) ，首批標準版出貨達數十萬套，標準版加上數位版銷售，法人推估可望為首波銷售帶來2.5億元的營收。由於中國大陸《暗黑破壞神III》並未上市，未來有機會吸引大陸玩家跨海搶購。

《暗黑破壞神III：奪魂之鐮》昨天舉行上市記者會，Blizzard Entertainment台灣董事總經理孟慶良表示，「為回應台灣玩家長期以來對《暗黑破壞神》系列的熱忱支持，並提升玩家整體遊戲體驗，宣布在新資料片上市的同時，台灣專屬遊戲伺服器同步上線!」新上線的台灣伺服器與韓國伺服器互連，進行無縫連接的遊戲體驗。

另外，由於上次《暗黑破壞神III》時，不但實體通路產品包缺貨，連數位版都都難求，這次戰網卡整合到智冠通路MyCard，要將缺貨的機率降至最低。
