如題...
原本好好的，就在前幾天電腦重灌後
看twitch只要一卡畫面再轉，就會整個黑屏loading video

掛上代理proxy.hinet.net
畫面轉不會黑屏.但是會一直轉...
大概30秒就轉一次 狂卡

系統xp
瀏覽器chorme
