標題[請問] 教室鑰匙算耗材嗎?學生需要賠嗎?

不知道大家有沒有遇過這種問題， 就是學生在開教室鐵櫃時， 鑰匙插入後一扭，竟然斷成兩截， 那把鑰匙是那種握柄處是塑膠材質、然後連接金屬頭的， 斷的時候是塑膠跟金屬分離了。 其實這根本不是故意弄壞的， 真的就是使用中鑰匙不預期地斷了， 我想知道學校有權要求學生賠償這種東西嗎？ 謝謝大家！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.30.170
