活捉千餘隻壁虎 大陸農民遭刑拘

家住河南省扶溝縣的田姓農民等六人，以自製的捕捉工具到鄢陵縣捕捉一千六百多隻壁虎，被警方依「非法狩獵」罪刑事拘留。

大河網報導，九日凌晨一時左右，河南省鄢陵縣公安局張橋派出所發現，田姓農民等人在民房邊，利用自製捕捉工具捕捉壁虎。田姓農民供稱，他們沿途駕車捕捉壁虎銷售。之前他們只知道壁虎是益蟲，並不知道捕捉壁虎是違法。警察當場清點壁虎共一千六百多隻。

張橋派出所警員說，壁虎雖沒有被大陸列入級別保護動物，但屬於具有一定的經濟價值、科研價值和對環境有益的「三有」動物。

大陸刑法規定，私自捕捉廿隻以上野生壁虎構成犯罪，五十隻以上屬於重大刑事案件，一百隻以上屬於特大刑事案件。田姓農民等六人已涉及非法狩獵犯罪。
