請問這到底是跳蚤還是蹣蟲

最近睡覺常常無來由被咬了一下,咬的地方沒有紅腫,但是會癢,所以常常癢到一直抓到快破皮,一直找不到是什麼蟲子..

昨天拖地板,卻在地上發現有很小很小大概就像針頭那麼大的蟲,是米黃色的,用手指要按死它,居然會跳開,這到底是蹣蟲還是跳蚤,..

我剛搬來一年,房間床墊和寢具都是新的,床墊有套上防塵套,寢具一個月換送洗一次,房間除了床和床頭櫃沒其他家具,我也沒癢寵物,上網查說蹣蟲是看不到,那有可能是跳蚤嗎?

可是家裡面怎麼會有那麼多跳蚤,我今天去找,發現其他房間也有,連剛剛翻開書桌上的書,裡面居然也有...

請教大家有什麼好方法可以除蟲,謝謝!!
