北約：俄羅斯軍隊 在烏克蘭依舊活躍

正當多位世界領袖即將舉行北約組織高峰會時，該聯盟領袖周四說，儘管墨斯科推動一項烏克蘭東部的停火協議，但俄羅斯軍隊持續在讓烏克蘭動盪。

在高峰會前的發言中，Rasmussen說，北約組織歡迎「所有讓烏克蘭危機和平解決的努力。」但他補充說：「值得注意的是，在地面上真實發生的事。不幸的是，我們仍見到俄羅斯涉及讓烏克蘭東部情勢動盪。」他呼籲墨斯科撤出其軍隊。

北約官員說，俄羅斯有數千名戰鬥部隊在烏克蘭，使用數百輛坦克與戰鬥車輛。

北約各國領袖，包括歐巴馬總統，定於周四稍後，與烏克蘭總統Poroshenko會面，預期將同意提供該國武裝部隊進一步協助。
