標題[心得] 台商與日商的工作心得

小弟是不才的魯蛇，今年28歲,邁入了第五年的工作時間， 這五年擔任了傳產的國外業務和日商的營業人員， 想小小分享心得給大家參考， 在台灣傳統製造業，一人要當3~4人用， 除了開發國外客戶以外，還要兼任倉管 品檢 船務 司機 到最後學會了開推高機，出貨櫃還要自己疊貨跟打資料， 常常忙到很晚下班，因為業務責任制，沒有加班費 薪水也是少得可憐，每月周六要上一天班才有到3萬， 在日商工作時間，雖然多了更多上級給的壓力，但沒有業績壓力， 事情真的單純很多，只要穩穩的做好，就可以準時下班，一到下班時間公司幾乎全空了， 起薪也比台商給的高很多，雖然薪水無法和科技業比，但每年也會固定調薪， 多了生活品質，這是小弟一直想要的生活，利用時間再做進修， 公司也鼓勵在職進修，會補助金額上課，雖無法賺太多錢， 但也是非常穩的生活(接近公務員生活了)，特別是假期也多了好幾天， 加上一切都照台灣的法律規定走，如果真的不求賺大錢的 真的可以去試試 以上是小弟這幾年工作的心得，簡單跟大家分享一下。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.178.42 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409829725.A.9B2.html
