美國輪值安理會主席　歐巴馬將主持反恐會議

美國擔任安理會2014年9月輪值主席國，美國常駐聯合國代表鮑爾昨召開記者會，通報安理會本月議程，並宣佈美國總統歐巴馬將蒞臨聯合國主持安理會反恐會議。

鮑爾說，安理會將於25日召開由歐巴馬主持的反恐會議，這是美方安排安理會本月工作的核心議題。會議主題是：應對恐怖主義行為對世界和平與安全的威脅。

鮑爾表示，這次安理會會議非常重要，因為越來越多的外國人投身于伊拉克和敘利亞等地的極端恐怖組織，為地區和國際安全構成重大威脅。她希望會議能凝聚國際共識，打擊「伊斯蘭國」等極端組織。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
