本人平常會用到文書處理+看影片+修圖軟體

現在手邊有的零件為AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0Ghz 2M Am3 雙核心+Kingbox DDR3-1333 2G 兩條

想要自組一台桌機，搭備以上的CPU&記憶體，不知道要怎樣搭備較好?

另外螢幕有相中ASUS VS198D (19吋)或是 Envision H2285WDLS (22吋) 不知道兩者差異在哪?

基本上螢幕預算想壓在3000左右，煩請大大們賜教了謝謝~~
