示威奪公署烏指蒲亭幕後黑手

（中央社基輔2014年4月6日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭內政部長阿法柯夫（Arsen Avakov）指控俄羅斯總統蒲亭，是親俄羅斯示威群眾佔領烏國東部3城市府行政大樓及安全部門公署的幕後黑手，並矢言，警方將平和恢復法治。

阿法柯夫也指責烏國罷黜總統亞努科維奇（ViktorYanukovich），與蒲亭共謀加劇烏克蘭境內的緊張情勢。

親俄示威群眾稍早在烏國東部奪佔大城頓內茨（Donetsk）、哈爾科夫（Kharkiv）的市府行政大樓，以及另1城市盧甘斯克（Lugansk）的國家安全部門公署，升起俄羅斯國旗，並要求舉行公投，以表決是否加入俄羅斯。

阿法柯夫在個人臉書網頁的聲明中說：「烏克蘭東部最新一波的分離主義者脫序行動，是蒲亭和亞努科維奇下令並資助。聚集滋擾的民眾不是很多，但很具侵略性。」

他說：「當局會在不流血的情況下，回復對情勢的掌控。執法人員接到的命令確是如此。但請注意，任誰都無法容忍目無法紀的挑釁分子。」
