《傳產》三陽前董座，破產裁定撤銷

【時報-台北電】台灣高等法院撤銷三陽工業前董事長黃世惠破產裁定，黃世惠昨（8）日表示，這些保證債務，都是肇因於金融風暴時期經營企業發生，強調「沒有一分錢是用在自己身上！」

接替黃世惠出任三陽董事長的黃悠美，昨天也同步發表三陽經營的5年營運成長計畫，宣示5年內要帶領三陽躋身台灣汽車生產前四強，休旅車（SUV）市場NO.1目標。

黃世惠由於個人負債大於資產，遭債權銀行向台北地方法院聲請，於今年2月遭宣告破產，黃世惠旋即提起抗告，經台灣高等法院於審理後，全數被撤銷。三陽強調，黃世惠所有權益未受任何影響，相關事件已告一段落。

黃世惠表示，這些保證債務，都是過去因應企業經營的需要所發生的，沒有一分錢是被用在個人的花費上，對於外界的檢討，即使是錯誤的批評，他都會坦然看待。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者陳信榮／台北報導)
