怎麼看刑責 「盼馬政府 不要政治追殺」

反服貿學運宣布後天退場，外界關切後續的刑責追究。學運總指揮林飛帆昨天表示，「勇於承擔，一肩扛起」，也希望馬政府不要對其他夥伴採取「全面性的政治追殺」。

林飛帆說，學運領導幹部和主要夥伴都會一起面對接下來的司法問題，不會逃避、也不會閃躲。

一位資深立委表示，立法院長王金平前天探視學生，除了尋求政治解套，讓反服貿學運可以光榮退場；實質的意義是，身為國會龍頭的王金平既然都已認同學運的「多元意見發聲」，未來可望減輕學生的司法究責。
