疑鴻海另有內賊 檢調搜索約談

（中央社記者劉世怡台北9日電）檢調偵辦鴻海公司採購高層集體收回扣案，查出另有中高階級員工疑收回扣，今天發動搜索約談1名員工及1名廠商到案。

鴻海集團旗下SMT（Surface Mount Technology，表面組裝技術）技術委員會高層涉集體、長期向材料供應商索回扣逾億元，檢警調於1月21日發動偵查。

台北地檢署偵辦此案至今，中間人白手套郝緒光及鴻海前資深副總廖萬成仍收押禁見。郝緒光及廖萬成利用人頭開設的境內外帳戶全面遭凍結查扣，初估新台幣逾億元。

檢調另查出，鴻海1名中高階級員工疑也透過郝緒光向1名廠商收回扣，北檢檢察官今天指揮調查局新北巿調查處幹員兵分2路前往涉案員工及廠商住處搜索並約談2人到案，稍後移送台北地檢署複訊，全案朝涉犯證交法的背信罪嫌偵辦。1030409
